The RWR 80 L KST fully automatic with PLC has been designed for the field of plastic injection moulding and can be used wherever cooling ducts (circulation systems, pipes) require cleaning.

Usage

Fill the RWR 80 L KST fully automatic with PLC with Power Cleaner KST 2.0. Once the minimum filling level has been reached and the system has been switched on, it will start heating up.

During the heat-up phase, the system can already be connected to the mould by means of the two hoses.

The 5-stage cleaning program and the flow reversal will run automatically once the instructions displayed on the screen have been acknowledged.

Passivation of the component with corrosion protection will occur automatically in program sequence 4.
