The RWR by Bio-Circle is the ideal solution for removing limescale, corrosion and other contaminations from closed-loop systems. It can be used on pipes, heat exchangers, coolers/radiators and other internal circuits. It increases the effectiveness of the ducts in question, thus avoiding efficiency losses.

The Pipe and Heat Exchanger Cleaning Device (RWR for short) by Bio-Circle the perfect solution for removing contaminations form the inside of cooling circuits. Rust and limescale but also other contaminations tend to build up in such systems. In former days, these contaminations had to be removed in a cumbersome process by dismantling the entire system to clean the individual areas.

With the RWR, this tedious and time-consuming method of cleaning is a thing of the past. Just connect the Pipe Cleaning Device to the circuit and initiate the cleaning process.

The Pipe Cleaning Device comes with 1” hoses that are connected to the system. The useful volume of the system is 60 L – this means that circuit of a volume of up to 60 L can be cleaned. Bigger systems are available on request. Just contact us! The cleaning temperature has been factory-set at an optimal 60°C/140°F, but it can be adjusted between 30°C/86°F and 90°C/194°F.

Usage

Just fill the RWR with the appropriate cleaning fluid. If the heating is switched on, the system will start heating up automatically once the minimum filling level has been reached. Then connect the RWR to the part to be cleaned, using the appropriate hose clamps for the system in question. Cleaning can already start during the heating period. After cleaning just disconnect the hoses carefully. Drain excess cleaning fluid from the part and rinse with water. After that, the part can again be used as usual.
